Whether emboiled in a real estate contract dispute or dividing real estate in a divorce or probate matter, handling disputes over real estate presents unique legal challenges. Having focused on real property law in law school and since being admitted to the Utah State Bar, I am confident in my ability to address these complicated matters.
I was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1996 after completing joint MBA and JD degrees at Brigham Young University. Since then, real estate law has been a focus of my practice.
As an attorney, I pledge to seek for the truth, give sound legal advice, and advocate with the utmost integrity.
